If you're committed to your truly transforming your health and fitness for good, consider the Synergise Program.
Despite what shirtless Instagram influencers tells you - you don't need a fancy protocol, your pantry doesn't need to look like a chemistry lab, and you definitely don't need to have your life revolve around diet and exercise — to greatly improve your health and fitness and the shape of your body.
What is Synergise?
The Synergise program is a 12-week program that focuses on the key habits, skills, and mindset shifts that ensure you make great changes to your health and fitness, while developing the knowledge and know-how to maintain this for yourself long term. It's a longer term commitment to change, versus a one-off or semi-regular PT session.
The old adage of "teaching a man to fish" has been overused to the point that it's simple message is often overlooked, but it remains one of the key principles of my coaching philosophy and the Synergise program. Providing someone with the tools necessary to no longer need my services doesn't exactly sound like the ideal business model, but nothing brings me more coaching joy than for someone to stand on their own 2 feet, turnaround and say "thanks for everything Adam, but I've got this now mate".
Why 12 weeks?
The program is 12 weeks because it's how long I think it takes to make some significant changes to their health and fitness habits. Improvements in health, fitness and appearance show in as short as a few weeks, but locking in new habits takes a little longer.
What exactly am i paying for?
You're paying for a program with a proven track record, helping hundreds of clients. The program is adapted for you as an individual, and delivered by a coach with 20 years of experience. It provides the tools, structure, accountability you'll need, together with a genuine care about you and your goals. Alongside all the educational content on the key habits of health and fitness, you'll receive a customised nutrition plan and training program, and weekly coaching to keep you on track.
Am I going to be living off tuna and broccoli for the next 3 months?
Another of the key criteria of the program is that it fits within the lifestyle of the individual. I'm a firm believer in being able to sit down and eat dinner with the rest of the family, celebrate special occasions without dietary anxiety, and to have a beer or a burger when catching up with mates.
They key is to find a plan and a few strategies to make all of this fit together - where you still achieve your goals but don't have to sacrifice everything to get there.
